Practice, makes perfect they say…

So, one of the most difficult things I find to paint are rainbows. You’d think they wouldn’t be so hard but they are. Blending the colours without muddying them with sky colours on either side takes a light touch. No one does rainbows like Roy Tabora and it takes a lot of time to get it right like his… one day they will be, one day… in the meantime here is a 6x8 I just finished doing just that, practicing rainbows… why do I have “Rainbow Connection” in my head now? This one is almost done…
